Well in the beginning until i became manager. And my Dm aldo used fear to get results and now i worry for my job safety and it hasnt even reached more that 60 days in the position

My DM leads by fear impliemnts. And I feel like nothing else matters other than the sales and my life outside of work is unimportant

I do not enjoy my work anymore due to my DM aldo. I worry every day when i go in that i have done something wrong even when i have crossed all my ts and dotted all my i's
