Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I dont have an issue with tardiness since we talked about their individual circumstances outside of work

They can take what I say regarding something specific and instantly apply it since we have a good working relationship
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its completely different from the military leadership structure that has stuck with me ever since I left back in 2018. Victra clearly cares about my development as a team member and a person and I couldnt be more thankful for that fact
