What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Their communication. Their patience, Their willingness to help

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People have to enjoy where they work and who they work with

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

EVERYTHING. Learning that it is important to get to know their team. Assisting their team with coaching. Stop ysing their authority as intimidation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Understand that each position has a lot of requirements and not enough compensation to survive with. Better pay better results and more motivation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increase in hourly pay. Rent is very expensive and when you are in a store that does not hit goal ir have high goals you are only making hourly and it is not enough to pay your rent not to mention the other expenses you have to survive
