Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. What are some of the best things about your team?
Our monthly rally where we meet about quarterly achievements each store did every 3 months
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think getting paid every week would be beneficial. If managers were paid the same as a sales rep and bonused/compensation off the store too. Selling 10k as a store manager and getting paid $500 is hard pill to swallow
