Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Showing people what i engoy doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is definitely my favorite thing about my store location my company, however has selective culture
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are open to learning, they love when I get back from a training with new steps.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think We as the next or current mangers dont know out leadships to much but we are rold or see ovee video chats. I love rhe company but rhe comunication can be better and organized
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation can be better when its refering to comission as a managers. As a manger we started as heavy hitters being top performers in our locations to be moved in to managment and only get 5-7% and still expected to be manger and heavy hitter in our store.
