Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone gets along with each other so theres no drama between them .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Learn alot of how to be a leader. We all support each other .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that our personal comission payout went down from 10%- 5% payout for store managers. Not only are we selling but also doing manager stuff in the back end.
