The training and time spent on development in the classroom
I don't really know our executive team members yet I do hope that will change. My manager tends to look at me as a number and not a person
I feel in my current role with minimal staff I am unable to focus as heavily on developing my team as I would like because I am having to sale as well, and when I do sale the payoff doesn't seem worth it vs the amount of tasking, operations and metrics
