Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. It has been ok. The GM who was training me got fired. He didnt do a good job training me, anyway. I was considering leaving, because of that, but I am not anymore, since Ive had more training.

The compensation i receive as an SM.

The care they have for employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like how i get paid for my team and my own performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that the upper management team is concerned with eveyone on the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
To be honest, I work very well with my female teammate, but i struggle to connect with my male teammate. I think he has a somewhat negative attitude.
