Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. What are some of the best things about your team?
I really do like them as human beings and I enjoy seeing them at work, I just wish they cared more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually seem involved in the business, theyre not just sitting in a room talking and telling us what to do: they show us how to do our jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is super high, so anybody making less than $25 an hour is being underpaid. thats not anything victra specific, but thats just the state of the US economy.
