Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. The challenges to keep helping others improve and push their limits to grow and succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay, as well as access to learning and being able to accurately complete a job. There have been improvements in that category, but i feel there is a lack of structure, and too much spontaneity. I do wonder if I will have to worry about losing my job if I'm not doing well, even if I wasnt trained
