Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. overall victra has been a wonderful company to work for. sometimes work can spill over into what should be personal tie but I don't mind because I love what I do. this job & my managers have given me opportunities that I have never had anywhere else.

leadership understands that sometimes hard decisions need to be made to better the business but they keep the wellbeing of their employees in mind while making theses decisions.

I love the interactions that we have with customers. If you provide excellent service then people will go out of their way to follow you to new locations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish that pay was higher for multi unit managers. The work that is done often spills over to time that should be spent with family. As an AGM I earned the same amount as my current income with less responsibility.
