Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Being a 4 Door MGM was definitely the hardest role I have ever had. The pay was unfair compared to 2 door MGMs, but it did prepare me to lead at a higher level. Compensation just lacks there. BM comms structure is lacking terribly as well. Even at 115% above goal, my comms check was less than MGM

I have been fortunate to rise through the ranks at a fairly steady pace but not because I have ever been shown how to do the job properly, it's always just been on me to figure it out. The people who take short cuts and cheat, always get the recognition.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I make 5k more than someone who has 2 stores and I have 4

Getting to help those in my charge reach goals on their vision board, getting to promote people internally

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding the challenges in the field and actually helping us find solutions to navigate them instead of pointing to an excel sheet and telling us to do better

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

they shift all compensation plans toward bigger markets which leave the smaller districts out in the cold to struggle, all incentives are based for those who already have a thriving district verses those who have to rebuild the entire thing because it was poorly managed before we got here

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My direct leader is invested in me as an individual. He knows my husband's name, my kid's names, where I want to go and is even reading a leadership book with me in order to help me grow. He listens, encourages and guides without ever making me feel small or stupid.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They keep asking us for more contro but continually cut the contro each product we sell gives-they continually ask us to do more with less. A BM is a district level leader but they executive team treats us like 2nd class. President's Club for ex-DMs get 10 spots, BMs 5 with the same no of competitor
