Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. The positivity of each other within Team chats, and contests for the field winning is endless.

The leadership team has members who are visible to the field, showing they are invested in the growth of the company and the people in it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Bringing value and assistance to a leader or employees. For anyone in the field or SSC to call for assistance and being able to provide the response or answer they need. Brings myself value as a person of growth to deliver the needs of the field and SSC
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not valued on the tenure of employee with the company, no matter the work load added or consistent change in job description. The bonus structure potential for SSC is not attainable as no details are provided, there is no control to attain at the employee level.
