Other managers have been more helpful than anything.

Being trained, feeling supported, fostering trust, and having fun!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Well under any other manager in the area for running 3 stores

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Love the training team ... haven't seen a lot of leadership. A lot of calls though.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Be involved when someone asks for help instead of sweeping them aside and saying it will get better.
