Subpar.. no guidance. Manager just "sells" the idea of how to succeed without actually teaching or training

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Executive are good, direct manager not so good

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

DM doesn't lead, coach or train.. new DM.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some outgoing and helpful, some zero respect for company and upper management

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Clear training, not throwing on the floor without the tools to succeed

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A DM who actually teach how to preform job duties. Felt I was thrown into a messy situation with no guidance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Training and bot put into running shifts without proper training. Working 7 days a week 10 hrs a day wasn't my expectation
