Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Being brought in the forst month and a half was very challeging with very little training or what seems care from the DM. Ive worked hard with other managers to overcome roadblocks and co workers also learn and make the most of our time here. Theres much to learn still hut we are ok the right path.

Actually no idea. Its a much better step then before and continue tk work harder
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It seems like we are being told what to do and not shown how. Being told to do something without an prior knowledge on how to do it is quite frustrating and creates a lack of motavation or distrought
