Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Developing my team and seeing their successes. Celebrating the WINS!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Watching them develop into better sales people, and overall better people!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I miss my bonus, im effectivey making $20 an hour. (Havent missed yet and dont plan on it anytime soon)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe we have a winning culture at Victra and my personal location. I enjoy being part of an orginization that strives to be the best, and actually does it. Not just talk.
