Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I have been here 4 years and feel like i am valued, but also feel as there is not many promotional aspects. But i still feel like they care and want to see me succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can build and create our own culture within our store.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would have to say my chance for additonal pay with haymaker.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The 2 ofher main leaders with me are all about helping as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to see something new everyday. I wish there was more promotional oppourtunities however.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager makes me feel like she wants me here and wants me as part of her team.
