Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience has been great. Ive moved up each year i was here and doubled my income. It has shown me alot of skills that i didnt have before and has made me a great mentor for others
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The appreciation everyone gives us!
What makes you most happy at work?
Making goal and money along with my team getting paid as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all hungry for money and if anythings going on they are still motivated about the money they can make.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent and people first. My leader cares about me and the rest of her team. She will never let us fail

Being the role model and motivator to show everyone you can be where i am and i can show you how to get there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is we care for each other and we do not let anyone fail. Very reliable team and coachable
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my reps doing full sales process and killing that process with a big sale. The excitment that they get makes them keep going and it makes me happy that i can show them that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most postive thing about out company is all of the contests and ways to maximize sales with extra contribution. Victra is very good at throwing contest to keep everyone motivated and pushing to sell the products.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do love the way i get paid and im not complaining. i do feel like some months are set up to where we wont get full payout and i want to always be 115% in anything i do!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive had a pay change 3 times in the past 2 years and each time my compensation is cut. Ive build a lifestyle arounf making a certain amount and the pay changes do not keep me afloat. Im building a house and the biggest pay change came after i signed and its been very hard to save since.
