Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Overall good. Issues are usually on person-to-person level. Leaders should be required to take the situational leadership training at least once a year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid less then my peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My RD is very helpful and shows interest in me as a person and is encouraging.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest at work when I don't have to be on teams meetings all day everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I just got realigned to a new team, so I do not this team but I did like my previous team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture in my store is pretty good. I can't say the same about when the DM is around. We just got moved to their team, and they've already done some odd things that make us uncomfortable.
