Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. We are a people first company, and it's constantly encourage that when we build our team, we build our profits.

My team is so awesome! I love that we can talk story, and just have a good time at work while still doing our part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing that I like best about my team, is our culture. Even if we're in different locations, we're still one team. My peers allow me to help with their location, and in exchange they help with mine. One team, one dream type of vibe
