Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. It has its ups and downs but overall i do love my job but with everything going on it makes me not like it as much as i did

We are very divided, we have little to no communication and no one wants to help others out besides one store
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am overwhelmed, under paid, no time to disconnect, hard to hire good people, dont have a DM, no support, no development, overall i dont enjoy going to work anymore
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living is constantly increasing and i feel as though they arent keeping up with that, i am struggling when i dont hit goal, because of staffing and unforseen circumstances which has caused me to go negative the past 5 months and i cant even buy extra things
