It has been a roller coaster, starting out as a external GM is tough but I do wish i could have started GMU sooner!

I love the hype man culture!

I am constantly learning somthing new

Im honestly not really sure yet, im still finding a rytham and figure out each persons talets
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Living 45 mins away from work. And the min pay in oregon is significally lower than washinton. Its not worth the commute and the traffic i sit in
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay is low. I make the same as i did as my last job even when i hit goal. When i dont hit goal its not worth leaving last job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont belive going off the state min salary wage is fair, especially based on the talet i have to offer. Espesially as i live in a state with a high min salary wage but work in a super low salary wage.
