Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. My experience here at Victra has been ups and down I have worked at small volume doors large volume doors different positions and also a different people one thing that I learned from shifting around is management style and Leadership that makes it big impact.

I like how they are active on the teams chat and invested in the EGET metrics
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary part is okay and the set schedule is nice and the tiers are reasonable
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are open and willing to learn new things and gain insight on easier and better ways to do things
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management needs to be more involved and have more one-on-ones at each store with each individual on a personal level management is really important when involved with all stores not just their biggest concerns as in locations
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is when my reps use the tactics and take the information that I have gave to them and use it in a positive way to be compensated in the best way with success and in growth within the company
