Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. My team is fun and energetic. They can lighten tbe mood and make working more enjoyable.

Transparency and a clear understanding of what they are asking for from us. Top notch communication from everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The anount of money that can be made. I have financed a new car, a new harley, and next is a piece of land. I have gained financial freedom and no longer live paycheck to paycheck.
