Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. If it weren't for the poor management experiences, I'd have great reviews. Especially as a rep. I work hard and pride myself on that but the negative and harsh feedback from higher management makes it difficult to enjoy on a day to day basis.

The company had a good outlook but management doesn't. I enjoy the coworkers with mutual respect and engagement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Representatives make more than management but have half the responsibility. Especially understaffed managers. Higher managers provide more negative than positive feedback
