"Boys club" to advance in the PNW, poor culture, mid benefits, useless meetings. Underwhelming pay, constant changes to make less and less money.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Underperformance, malpractice, lack of integrity

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The training team is fantastic and helps train you for life beyond victra, which there is alot of.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The new area VP seems good, previous area vp and new regional flex director created a "boys club" that rewarded friendship over results. This lead to high attrition and poor performance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Consant changes to pay structute upset budgets individuals set. As well as adding "landed shipping and handling" charges is a "cheap" thing to do from a company that does $3 billion in sales annually.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too many unnecessary meetings that do not do anything but give time for executives and DM, RM, flex directors to speak, its all info we know. Were silent thr entire time, that time would be better served coaching our staff or completing tasks.
