Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Very high stress rate to hit ever increasing goals, company will forever ask for more but not compensate.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They say the right things

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with my team and helping them hit their life goals

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all go through the same struggles so to hear how they cope is encouraging but still disheartening as well because they are more tenured and still dealing with the same issues.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There needs to be a greater sense of accountability. Leaders ask for updates, there are individuals who blatantly go against the grain and nothing is done, but the individuals who consistantly do their job are micromanaged.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I enjoy the people in my 4 walls, i generally enjoy working for my leader, however i dont feel as if they are allowing me to grow without feeling like all i get is their passed down responsibility and none of the rewards,

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Personally, I am assigned blue chip assignments for the district, sometimes region, proxy for dm/bm, train other managers and new reps in the district, constantly asked for more but never compensated. Expected to be a leader among peers but not paid as such

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Actual time off through out the week for salaried employees, put in place a program that designates a proxy that cares for your success when you need a day off. if not your performance drops and you suffer for needing to disconnect more than 1 every few months for "PTO"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Im expected to work 7 days a week, always on my phone, havent got a company provided device, no work life balance. 2 week work week which resulted in 10 days in store and 2 days at home on calls all day, and 2 sundays at home where im still expected to stop what im doing to answer the phone.
