Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. The team is energetic. We corraborate well. The esprit de corps is excellent.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop changing the comp structure every quarter. Give employees cost of living increases, instead of, in effect, lowering pay every time they change the comp structure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company has maintained the same base pay year over year, thus resulting in a pay cut due to inflation. Additionally, they "restructure" the comp plan what seems like every quarter, which always results in less money being paid.
