Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I like the cohesion my district has and how we work as a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like my team and working with phone sales is a new interaction daily
What makes you most happy at work?
I like my job as a GM. I like the meetings and running the store to my liking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the GM compensation should not be significantly less than an average to high performing rep. It makes it feel like I got promoted but demoted financially
