Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. We need a business manager that is local to us and understands iur area. We also need acknowledgement from our dm instead of just coming in and constantly pooping on everyone.

We do really well communicating to eachother.
What makes you most happy at work?
Money makes my happy so that i can provide my kids with everything that i didnt have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When my team or district is competing for a really good compition. The onteract with each other way more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we are able to step away from sales to really be able to grow people around us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Life costs a lot and it really just doesnt cut it anymore. You use to make it feel like we were thehigher part of the middle class but now we still at the very bottom of middle class on the verge of not being able to provide.
