Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Be present and actively showing us as a team how to break down goals. Show us how to overcome objections, remember what it's like to be on the floor
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes, depends how the month and where sales are at can dictact how I feel about coming into work each day. As well as how my interactions with my boss
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Running two stores I put in a lot of work and don't feel like I get paid for the work I do. Change the compensation for the multistores especially with my two stores being about an hour apart
