Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I love the energy they bring to the table even though they shouldn't give motivational speeches.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that the other leaders can joke with one and other while getting the job done
What are some of the best things about your team?
The communication. The leaders in my district openly communicate regardless of situation. They can have the hard conversations as well as have fun
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the retirement matching although there shouldn't be a minimum 8% investment when the company only applies 4% I would appreciate a 1 to 1 match or at least health care that covers anything.
