Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Base Salaries are light for the workload. We end up working 70-80 hours/week. Per store salary is 22kish/year. I understand the value of the bonuses but those only apply if performance is exceptional. Higher salaries indicate a people focused culture
