Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Life changing, a year and 9 months ago I was walking to work in 100 degree wether, fast foward to now and where I'm in a '24 year car and a new apartment, I'm forever grateful for the oppurtunity and to those who continue to help me grow to be the best version of myself

Unlimited Commisons because it drives me to be better than the last time always

Collabrative, across all levels, the ones at the top win when the ones at the bottom do and that builds unison

The bonds formed between all levels of employement, not on any level do i ever feel that i fail to connect with anyone on the Victra team The sense of caring is there
