Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. everyone is on the same page, fun, and very approachable. We all treat each other with respect
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued in the sense of being heard. I feel my compensation is less than it should be, and that it's being made up through culture and "fun." I love working here and I love everything about Victra, but fun doesn't pay the bills
