Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. My experience has been challenging. I have had many relocations with work but i have also grown from each experience. Ive also been punched in this job by a customer. That all to say though even with these tough cicumstances they have taught me and grown me stronger.

What makes you most happy at work?
I like to be able to see teammates feel good about their contro and their earnings each period. Its good to see them grow and beat their challenges at work to make a happier life outside of work
