Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Helping my employees meet their goals and having happy customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training in terms of opps, letting managers create the schedules that work for their teams. Higher bonus payout for managers in slow stores.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I cant get any support or training on operations and other aspects from my dm and then I get yelled at or written up for not knowing. I feel that the 500 bonus is not enough for all the stress and tasks managers need to do.
