Helping my employees meet their goals and having happy customers

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training in terms of opps, letting managers create the schedules that work for their teams. Higher bonus payout for managers in slow stores.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I cant get any support or training on operations and other aspects from my dm and then I get yelled at or written up for not knowing. I feel that the 500 bonus is not enough for all the stress and tasks managers need to do.
