Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I've provided plenty over the years. It always falls on deaf ears. What's the point? I was told I was going to be fired without even telling me I didn't get the job I applied for. I'm sick of providing feedback, especially when I was treated like I was.

My district manager, Kenneth Watts. A seasoned veteran in the wireless industry in addition to our country.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What is the point of this question? It might be shown publicly? Based on what? Whether you like my response?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Continuously providing the same feedback of what happened to me with Victra doesn't seem productive. Being legitimately valuable with a prior acquisition doesn't help my cause. The value I bring to Victra is on a month to month bases and the 12 years of tenure I have with the company didn't matter.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When Victra purchased Go Wireless, I was thrown to the wolves. I had 10+ years with Go Wireless and I was in a management salary role. I managed three different states and delivered above my peers month over month. My role was removed without notice. I took a $10,000 cut in salary to stay with you
