Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Experience has been great and at times there are defintely certain people that make me love being here but there are definitely sometimes that some can be frustrating

Sometimes i feel like my voice isnt heard at times

Being young it seems a little easier to gain their trust and be a role model
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would say for the things that i deal with on a daily basis there are definetley time that i wish the compensation was a little more. Certain things i have to do that i wasnt really told about when i took the job
