So far so good. No red flags just a lot is asked from employees. Especially those in management. You are always being watched. Integrity is great but maybe don't put fear into those who are always doing the right thing.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Good company. Means well. The only thing is safety for employees. There are times where reps feel unsafe working alone all day. Company prioritizes saving money on labor over safety of employees. I have worked at other dealers and the require 2 openers and 2 closers at all times. A buddy system.

Just my locations. We are all good friends

Better communication. Better recognition. Maybe its just my district

Some other managers are absent. Wether its district or mgm/gm

Competition and contests are a great way to build culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My experience will differ from other people. For me it has been ok but for some, they are extremely micromanaged
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ability to make additional compensation but base pay should be higher based on experience. Or, at least negotiable. Especially for MGM's.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Salary was great. I feel like i have to work way more to even get close to making money. Creates stress on a lot of managers as well. Especially on months where bonuses lack
