Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
BETTER WORK LIFE BALANCE!! Not expecting your manager to work open to close every day they work and forcing them to take certain days off. Give us control of the schedule again
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that managers should all be salary and the bonus structure should go back to monthly because my store is a prime example of a store that needs the month to hit goal
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To be honest I don't have anything to say right now. With some of the policys I have missed out on COE and Presidents Club the goals are a little obserd for the traffic we see
