What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I appreciate that the company balances support and competition while maintaining integrity in sales.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to meet and learn about a variety of interesting people, both in customers and coworkers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I enjoy being able to earn more for the effort I put in, while still being able to earn hourly for customer interactions that don't involve any commissionable sale.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership actively supports all employees. I have seen leaders of all types actively supporting entry level employees, whereas other companies I have worked for those in the same role won't talk to entry level employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of the best people on my team are driven to both compete and work together to exceed store goals each day. We maintain healthy competition while supporting each other and cheering each other on for good sales.
