Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. If there's one thing it's taught me it's beyond your toes. There are a lot of changes that happen, of course for the company, but I do wish at sometimes as a single mother. It is harder to stick to a schedule for certain days off and finding reliable care in the area

The customers being able to hear their stories and meeting someone new almost every day

We tried to keep work, fun with certain challenges or pushing each other to be better

He is always keeping work fun and motivates us when we need a push to keep going
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When submitting tickets about pay would love a better reaponse ive submitted 5 diffrents tickets because im still missing $475 from march and we are now in may and keep getting told i submitted the wrong information.
