Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. At first Victra was very fun vs GoWireless, but over the years things have become less fun, less exciting and far performance only while paying less

Take personal accountability for their performances and improvement in conjunction with my leadership and development
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing what is actually happening on the ground floor and listening to those who have been consistent over the years regardless of the environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can see that they are trying and making an attempt, albeit normally things are mocked by my peers as they are a joke such as contest requirements vs payouts
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In recent years my pay has decreased though I have made the company more money, the demand on high performers increases each pay period while the demand on under performers is non existent in fact some are celebrated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay has decreased over the last 3 years though I have made the company more money, I would love to jump on a teams call and break that down because I can easily show you what can and should be changed.
