Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I love working for this company. The only downside is our vision insurance. There is very limited places I can go to get glasses, and the options for me are about an hour away from where I live at minimum.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being a manager, I enjoy unlimited PTO and our healthcare is pretty decent.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I can genuine help our guests as well as help improve my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is open and understandable. They try to build you up instead of tear you down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they do try to improve you and how you perform before serious corrective measures are taken.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great at their job and very open and understanding on almost all counts. I, nor the rest of my team, never feel threatened or put down on.
