I think the survey speaks for itself. Expectations are very high, YOY traffic is declining, employees are working more hours than ever, and its not enough. Morale is low and expectations are high.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone is just burnt out with how much work there is and how it keeps getting piled on more and more. Its never good enough. Morale is low, which makes coming to work not enjoyable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I don't really have a whole lot of positives. It takes forever to get tickets replied to for facilities, upper management sets heavy difficult goals, employees are overworked, managers get paid less than sellers. You are never doing well, theres always more expected.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Setting realistic goals.Every month gets harder and harder and there are more plates to spin. Coupled with everything that is going on personally in life, its too much. Additionally, upper management gets paid less than sellers with new commission structure, this needs to be evaluated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Currently with the new pay period split with commission, it is harder to get paid and reps are paid better than managers. Last month in particular, store was over goal and hit monthly targets in excess, however because 2nd half fell short, manager wasn't paid. Month can be inconsistent in sales.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not having to work 10-12 hours a day 5 days a week, having consecutive days off to rest, better pay, realistic goals, better celebration to boost morale. Maybe 4-10s, 4 on 3 off. The sales goals expectations and workload is just getting crazy and rising more every month despite YOY decline in guests
