What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Suppar performances. I feel some get away with too much. They need to be held more accountable

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work life balance is terrible im working 10+ hrs a day and compensation does feel like enough for how much i do

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe as a manager i should be paid more in hourly as the company consistently does comp changes that ultimately always ends up with us making less.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better work life balance, as a manager i should never have to work past 5pm. Our hours should also be adjusted based off traffic as most days we dont see most customers until 12 or later but are sitting around waiting since 9am.. time wasted and metrics like cph are compromised for uncontrollables
