Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Been with the company through many years of changes. Some were great and most not so much. I used to put in hours and hours of work and felt the pay was awesome. Now i feel like im here more for less.

Because our role is watered-down and we have no control over the things we should.

The changes that made in which is supposed to help us and it actually doesnt.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are great at what they do and not enough is compensated for the constant changes and stress they are hit with.
