Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No leadership or the fact it can not be kept. Leaders in other markets that dont understand.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Take in to consideration of locals that are trying to help you understand the community better. Unless turn over isn't a big deal to the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to understand that certain areas in certain districts do not sell devices as accessories, they are tools only. Latest and greatest devices are not neccessary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since starting with this company my own personal salary was shuffled around 3 times in less than 45 days. I was happy to be the face of the local store when I was salary. Now being hourly I dont go out of my way for the company on my days off.
